Nick Reid

EMEA Head of Agency, Adobe Advertising Cloud, Adobe

Nick Reid boasts almost two decades of UK media industry experience, working with some of Europe's hottest brands and agencies. Career highlights include managing the Volvo, Nike and Three Mobile accounts at Mindshare, Emap Sales Director, and Head of Sales for MySpace, where he established the UK sales team and was one of the first ten employees this side of the Atlantic. Prior to joining TubeMogul in 2013, Nick was VP Advertising at Adjug when it was purchased by IgnitionOne. His time at TubeMogul has seen the transition from start-up, to becoming a public business, post IPO in 2014, to being acquired by Adobe at the end of 2016. Nick is a Philosophy graduate from Leeds University.

Julia joined the7stars in 2017 as head of digital, bringing her extensive knowledge of marketing and the media landscape to the agency. She firmly believes in the7stars’ continuing efforts to promote the importance of transparent business models and to champion female talent. She is passionate about digital and creating work with a difference, be it new business opportunities for the agency to generate incremental revenues, or developing strategies to reach a client’s target audience across PoE platforms. Jon Mew

Jon was appointed CEO of the IAB UK, the trade body representing the digital advertising industry. The IAB’s role is to unite the industry with 1,200 members, including media owners, agencies and brands. Jon’s vision stems from the belief that digital is the smartest way for brands to reach and wow their customers. His mission is to re-assert the positives of digital. He has been at the IAB since 2008, joining as the first Head of Mobile before stepping up to become Director of Mobile and Operations and then the IAB's first Chief Operating Officer. Prior roles include Head of Marketing for Orange portals team, controlling the trade and consumer marketing strategies and media research. Jon has featured as number 10 in The Drum’s Mobile Top 50 and has spoken on numerous high profile platforms. He is fascinated with technology and known in the industry for his witty banter.

Nicolas Bidon is Global President of Xaxis, responsible for guiding overall company strategy, growth and client development as well as driving growth for Xaxis specialist companies Triad Retail Media, Light Reaction, Bannerconnect and plista. He previously served as CEO, EMEA for Xaxis. Earlier, Nicolas was Global CEO of plista, a single source provider of data-driven native advertising solutions. At plista, Nicolas led the company’s integration into the Xaxis technology platform, relaunching it as the industry’s most comprehensive offering for programmatic native advertising and establishing new markets in the U.S, Russia and China. Nicolas has extensive knowledge of the Xaxis business having served as Managing Director, United Kingdom for three years prior to his joining plista as Global CEO. As MD, UK, he led three years of high double digit growth for Xaxis, establishing the UK as the company’s second largest market globally. Nicolas joined Xaxis from Yahoo! where he was director of brand display for EMEA. In this position he was responsible for shaping the regional strategy for display solutions and video, and for developing innovative, multi-screen offerings for brand advertisers across desktop, tablet and mobile. Nicolas has worked in software, media and technology for more than 20 years with tenures in San Francisco, London and Switzerland. Nicolas is a graduate of both ICN Business School in France and Georgia Tech in the U.S.
